Important instructions for shipping your components to 365 Weapons
Porting & Optic Cut Services
You ship these with the label from checkout.
Ship using the prepaid shipping label we provide you.
For porting, send the upper. Do not send a frame.
Checkout gives you a prepaid inbound label and emails it to you. Use that label. Do not send a serialized frame.
Slide Engraving Service
Bare slide. You ship it. No FFL.
Contact us first and we'll send the shipping address and signed FFL details.
A bare slide is not a firearm. Contact us before you ship. Only a complete firearm goes through your local FFL.
Pistol Porting Service
Required Items to Send

Send the full upper (slide, recoil spring/guide rod, and barrel), including for barrel-only porting, so alignment can be confirmed.

Optic Cut Service
Required Items to Send
- Slide ONLY
One order per slide. The optic is not required when the footprint is correct, and we do not supply optic screws. We do not promise a zero. Internal slide components may remain installed.

- Lower frame / firearm receiver
- Magazines or Ammunition
Glock Stippling
We do not accept stippling shipments from individuals. Contact us and pay in full first. We then send our signed FFL information.
Contact us first and we'll send the shipping address and signed FFL details. Your local FFL ships the frame only. Any local FFL works. When the work is done, we return the frame to that same FFL. We currently pay return shipping on these jobs.
Stippling cannot share a shipment with porting or an optic cut. Do not send a frame with a porting or optic-cut shipment.
Premium custom build
Premium custom builds are $1,700–$4,500. A 50% deposit is required before we send FFL information or start the design. Contact us first and we'll send the shipping address and signed FFL details.
Design starts after the gun arrives. The gun is returned through your FFL once the balance is paid. $1,300 and $1,600 are engraving coverage only, not the build price.
Custom Slide Engraving Service

Step-by-Step Shipping Instructions
Remove the slide assembly from your firearm
Remove the barrel and recoil spring (unless ordering Porting service)
Verify you are only sending the required components for your service
Securely wrap the slide to prevent scratching or damage during transit
Place the wrapped slide in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding

Stippling and premium custom builds: contact us first and we'll send the shipping address and signed FFL details. Only a complete firearm or frame goes through your local FFL.

Critical Warning
DO NOT SEND THE LOWER FIREARM FRAME FOR PORTING, OPTIC CUTS, OR SLIDE ENGRAVING
Those jobs use the slide or the full upper, not the complete firearm. For a complete firearm or frame — stippling and a premium custom build — contact us first and we'll send the shipping address and signed FFL details. Sending the wrong parts may result in:
- Processing delays
- Additional handling fees
- Complications with return shipping
Shipping Insurance & Liability
Your Responsibility
- Porting and optic cuts include a prepaid inbound label. Slide engraving inbound shipping is yours to pay.
- We recommend using trackable shipping with signature confirmation
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
Return Shipping Insurance
- Return shipments are insured for $100 standard. There is no insurance upgrade.
Processing Times
Optic cuts and porting: Generally about 14 business days for standard jobs (not guaranteed; multi-color Cerakote or unusual work can take longer). The clock starts when we receive the parts.
Glock slide engraving: 3 to 6 weeks.
